Uso de "there is"
El uso de "there is" se emplea para indicar la existencia de algo en singular. En inglés, se usa para hablar de la presencia de personas, animales o cosas.
La estructura es: "There is" + un sustantivo en singular. Por ejemplo:
1. There is a cat in the garden.
2. There is a book on the table.
3. There is a car in the parking lot.
4. There is a teacher in the classroom.
5. There is an apple in the fridge.
6. There is a dog outside.
7. There is a movie on TV.
8. There is a problem with my phone.

Recuerda que si queremos hablar de más de uno, usaríamos "there are" en su lugar. Por ejemplo: "There are two cats".
